Will I be sure to get a place on the sessions I am interested in?

To guarantee a place on a training session you are interested in, you need to go in and sign up when the places are released each week. The booking is released exactly one week before the training session. To make it possible for as many people as possible to get a place, we have expanded with more sessions in most of our current sports. With over 100 passes a week, we offer a total of over 2,500 places each week, so we hope and believe that everyone will get a place.

Am I eligible for all levels in the sports that are divided into levels?

As a new member at SSIF you get access to the lowest level/beginners level. To get access to higher levels you need to sign up for a training session on a level you have access to and there ask the instructor which level he/she can grant you access to. If you have trained with us before, you can also email the office to get extended rights at info@ssif.nu.

Why are Tennis, Swimming, Cross Country Skiing and Roller Skiing not included in SSIF All In?

We believe that these sports are best suited to be trained in a smaller groups with an experienced instructor who can continuously provide individual and joint feedback. This would not have been possible within SSIF All In where most sessions have 15-30 participants. Therefore, we have chosen to offer some sports as separate small group courses instead of part of the All In concept.
