Project Description

Together with our experienced instructors we offer several different swimming groups in crawl and medley. We also offer a beginner course for those who want to learn to swim as an adult. The workouts are in the newly renovated GIH bath and there are a maximum of 8 participants per group.

We have several different levels and you can join if you want to develop technology and water habits or if you just want to have a really nice training company with instructors who give you challenging workouts every opportunity.

Swimming is part of the SSIF Small Group. Our groups are divided into two periods of 8 occasions, so there is the possibility to register at a later stage to swim the other half of the semester. Entry to the bath (during training) is included in the registration fee. All our trainings are held at the GIH bath on Thursdays.
The semester starts at 37 and the first training session is Thursday 12/9.
