Project Description

Volleyball is one of the world's largest ball sports and trains both strength and precision. Our volleyball training is divided into five different levels so that everyone can get the most out of the training. 

The training consists of heating, technique exercises and match play based on the group's level.

The pass is in the usual order mixed with both girls and guys. Our training is aimed at adults, whether they are students or not, but everyone over the age of 18 is welcome and university students have a discount. We do not conduct any competition activities.

In the beginner training, we go through the basics such as fingering, dredging and serving as well as the basic rules of volleyball.

In step 2 we continue to practice the basic types and some more advanced types and rules.

Previous knowledge:
To know the basics, be able to serve, and be able to know the rules for match play

In step 3 we practice more advanced types such as smash and overhand servers. We start to play more matches on the workouts as well as on the different roles in the game.

Previous knowledge:
Being able to receive services for the passer, be comfortable in the role of a passer, and be sure of the basics.

In step 4, we introduce a match training this week in addition to the 2 workouts as the focus becomes more on refining their hitting technique during match play. We continue to practice and add different types and tactics.

Previous knowledge:
To be sure of all kinds and roles in the game.

Step 5 is for those who know all the gaming moments and want to take the next step in development. The workouts are focused on getting you to master all the steps during a match.

Being able to master all kinds and roles of volleyball.

Step 6 is for those who master all the game moments. The matches are tough and place high demands on the participants. All groups are mixed girls and guys, we use the standard dimensions for men which means the nets are at 2:43.

In order to register for a class you must have purchased the training card SSIF All-In.

Registration for the class opens one week before training.

You can sign up here on the website or via the SSIF app.

If you can't participate you must cancel your booking, at least 2 hours before.

Levels above Step 1 are locked until the prerequisites have been certified. Email us at the office or talk to the instructor at Step 1.

In case of repeated unannounced absence, your card will be locked.
