Am I eligible for all levels in the sports that are divided into levels?

As a new member at SSIF you get access to the lowest level/beginners level. To get access to higher levels you need to sign up for a training session on a level you have access to and there ask the instructor which level he/she can grant you access to. If you have trained with us before, you can also email the office to get extended rights at info@ssif.nu.

Why are Tennis, Swimming, Cross Country Skiing and Roller Skiing not included in SSIF All In?

We believe that these sports are best suited to be trained in a smaller groups with an experienced instructor who can continuously provide individual and joint feedback. This would not have been possible within SSIF All In where most sessions have 15-30 participants. Therefore, we have chosen to offer some sports as separate small group courses instead of part of the All In concept.

Why do you have a training card concept?

In recent years we have experienced more and more requests from our members to be able to train several times a week and choose from a variety of sports and group fitness styles. These wishes are also consistent with what we have seen in the world around us – that more and more people, that are interested in exercise, want to train and try several different sports and forms of exercise instead of just sticking to one. Therefore, we have chosen to offer 2 different types of training cards, one focused on only group fitness styles and one focused on sports+group fitness styles. This enables all members to train in a way that suits them and try many different types of training styles.

What is SSIF All In?

In response to requests from our members for a training solution with more flexibility and, above all, more training, we developed SSIF All In a few years ago. Here you have the chance to try over 30 different sports/group fitness styles within the same card. We maintain our goal of offering training for everyone and provide the opportunity for instructor-led trainings from beginners level up to advanced level.

Is it possible to take private lessons with you?

Unfortunately, we do not offer individual private lessons. But small group training is available for several sports. There we train in small groups with between 4-8 people per trainer to get a maximum effect.
