We offer 2 different levels in Breaststroke, 3 different levels in Medley and 4 different levels in Crawl. You are welcome to our classes whether you are interested in developing your technique or if you’re looking for a challenging training session with good company.

All training sessions take place at GIH-badet, and we have a maximum of 8 participants per course. All classes are for adults over the age of 18.

Our Swimming courses for adults are part of our SSIF Small Group concept. Each group consists of a maximum of 8 participants per lane, and each semester is split into 2 periods, where each period is 8 weeks, with one training session each week. This means that you don’t have to worry if you missed the first period, since you can always join the second one. Entry fee to the pool (during the training) is included in the registration. All sessions take place at GIH-badet on Thursday evenings.

The practice sessions are, as usual, mixed boys and girls. All of our trainings are for adults age 18 or older, whether they are students or not. We do not conduct any competitive activities.
