Swimming

Discover adult swimming courses in the heart of Stockholm City! Our swimming classes are offered as small group sessions, separate from the sports included in our training cards. Led by our experienced instructors, we provide a variety of courses in Breaststroke, Crawl, and Medley, tailored to different skill levels.

We offer two levels for Breaststroke, three for Medley, and four for Crawl, ensuring there’s a course for everyone – whether you’re looking to refine your technique or seeking a challenging workout with great company. All training sessions take place at GIH-badet, with a maximum of 8 participants per course, ensuring personalized attention.

Our adult swimming courses are part of SSIF’s Small Group course concept, designed for a personalized learning experience. Each group is limited to 8 participants per lane, ensuring focused instruction. The semester is divided into two 8-week periods. This means that you don’t have to worry if you missed the first period, since you can always join the second one. The registration fee includes entry to the pool during training.

All sessions take place on Thursday evenings at GIH-badet, located at Lidingövägen 10. Our training sessions are co-ed, welcoming participants of all genders. These courses are open to everyone aged 18 and older, whether you are a student or not.
