STUDIO Training Card

STUDIO training card is perfect for group fitness enthusiasts, offering access to around 20 different fitness styles. From strength and cardio sessions like Les Mills to dance and yoga, this card has you covered.

With STUDIO, you can join all training sessions held in SSIF’s two studios at Frescati Sports Center, plus seasonal outdoor classes nearby. Sessions run daily, with options in the morning, lunch, and evening to fit your schedule. Enjoy classes like BodyPump, BodyJam, BodyCombat, thaiboxing, dance, yoga, pilates, zumba, HIIT, and much more.

This card gives you full access to our studio training, with classes for all experience levels. Our varied sessions are led by experienced, English-speaking instructors and follow the university term calendar.

The STUDIO card lets you choose from 20 diverse training styles, whether you prefer intense workouts like BodyPump and HIIT, want to focus on mobility with yoga and Les Mills Core, or just love to dance with zumba and BodyJam. Our goal is to help you grow and enjoy every session, whether you stick to your favorites or try something new.

SSIF’s training sessions are open to everyone aged 18 and over and are conducted in gender-mixed groups. Students benefit from a generous discount upon presentation of valid student ID.

To enhance your experience, we provide equipment for training card holders to loan, including for example yoga materials and boxing gloves. Of course, you’re welcome to bring your own equipment if you prefer. Please note that equipment is not included in our separate courses in swimming and cross-country skiing.

ashtanga yoga

Find inner peace at our yoga classes! Ashtanga yoga emphasizes breath, poses, and meditation to enhance flexibility, balance, and muscle strength. Classes focus on one pose at a time, syncing movements with breathing. Instructors guide the practice, varying the flow to create a unique experience for everyone.

Ballet

We offer ballet as a form of exercise. The ballet classes focus on developing flexibility, strength, posture, and body control, while also providing participants with a fun and challenging workout.

BodyBalance

Ideal for everyone, BODYBALANCE™ is a new-generation yoga class designed to enhance your mind, body, and well-being. In this class, you can expect to bend and stretch through simple yet effective yoga moves, incorporating elements of Tai Chi and Pilates, all while an inspiring soundtrack plays in the background.

BodyCombat

BODYCOMBAT is an energy-packed, martial arts-inspired full-body workout where participants intensely train their fitness and core. Step into a class and you’ll punch and kick your way to fitness, burning up to 570 calories** along the way. The class is totally non-contact and there are no complex moves to master.

BodyJam​

Choreographed by Gandalf Archer-Mills in Auckland, New Zealand, BODYJAM™ is the ultimate fusion of music and dance, drawing inspiration from dancers worldwide. The tracks you love? They’re all in BODYJAM. That new style you’ve heard about? It was featured in BODYJAM last year, keeping you ahead of the latest trends!

Bodypump​

Push yourself to the limit in our BODYPUMP classes! BODYPUMP is a total body workout designed to burn calories, shape and tone your physique, increase core strength, and improve bone health. Get ready for sweat and sore muscles! Choose from a 45-minute or 55-minute workout to fit your schedule and fitness level.

Boxing

Strength, speed, endurance, coordination, and clean technique form the foundation of boxing – a sport that demands more than you might think. It features powerful punches, strategic footwork, and defensive movements that engage the upper body, core, and legs for a complete workout that builds resilience and confidence.

commercial jazz dance​

In this exciting dance class, we explore the vibrant style of commercial jazz, featuring elements that embody a confident feminine vibe. This class allows you to express yourself fully and enjoy an ego boost while dancing to powerful tracks by artists like Beyoncé, Britney Spears, and Rihanna, energizing your spirit.

contemporary dance

Contemporary dance offers a wide range of movement possibilities. In this class, we emphasize strength, grace, and musicality through various techniques. Each week features new movements, providing fresh opportunities to explore your body’s capabilities while deepening your understanding of expression and creativity.

curam recovery​

Curam Recovery is a specialized training method centered on rehabilitation and recovery. This innovative approach combines physical therapy, strength training, and mobility exercises, helping individuals recover from injuries, surgeries, or chronic pain. fencing

Fencing is one of the first activities offered by Stockholm Students Sports Club! This versatile, physical, and fun sport trains both muscles and coordination. It provides a full-body workout while enhancing cardiovascular endurance, strength, and flexibility. Join us and discover the thrill of fencing today!

flow yoga​

Improve your movement, strength, and concentration with Flow Yoga! This dynamic practice combines traditional hatha yoga with a playful, fluid flow linked to your breath. You’ll build strength, flexibility, and endurance while connecting with yourself. Suitable for all levels, with guidance and options provided.

handstand

A handstand is a powerful exercise that engages the whole body, enhancing strength, balance, and flexibility. It mainly targets the shoulders, arms, and core while requiring coordination and focus. With practice and guidance, we can improve your handstand and explore the world from an exciting upside-down perspective!

hatha yoga​

Find inner peace at our yoga classes! Our Hatha sessions blend gentle postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), and relaxation to enhance flexibility, strength, and balance. The class combines dynamic and static positions, offering variations that promote clarity and stress relief through focused breathing.

jazz dance

karate

Karate teaches effective self-defense techniques while promoting body control and coordination skills. It is a dynamic martial art that combines powerful strikes, blocks, and kicks with mental discipline and focus. Les Mills Core

Inspired by elite athletic training principles, LES MILLS CORE™ is a scientifically designed core workout for incredible core tone and sports performance. You build strength, stability, and endurance in the muscles that support your core, improve balance, assist injury prevention, and get better at everything you do.

Les Mills Tone

We are excited to bring you LES MILLS TONE™. Created from the foundations of BODYVIVE 3.1, LES MILLS TONE maintains the original 3 in 1 training style – a mix of cardio, resistance, and core workouts while playing with various innovative training concepts to ensure everyone gets the best results from their workouts.

pilates

Warm welcome to a powerful creative Pilates class based on traditional Pilates. As in classic Pilates the class will focus on exercises for our internal muscles and our core, the class also has exercises that keep our spine mobile. This leads to gentle muscle development, which improves flexibility and posture.

thai boxning

Thai boxing trains your fitness, strength, and agility in an intense and fun way. The session consists of a mixture of physical training and techniques, with inspiration coming from the Thai version of kickboxing. You will learn the fundamentals of Thai boxing in a comfortable, welcoming, and friendly atmosphere.

vinyasa flow yoga

Find inner peace at our yoga classes! Vinyasa flow yoga is a dynamic style emphasizing a smooth flow between poses. Each movement synchronizes with the breath, creating a seamless sequence of asanas. The unique aspect of Vinyasa Flow is the varied sequences, requiring focus to absorb the instructor’s guidance.

Find inner peace at our yoga classes! Yin yoga is a gentle and meditative form of yoga that focuses on holding passive poses for extended periods, typically ranging from 1 to 5 minutes. Unlike other styles of yoga, it targets the deep connective tissues, such as ligaments, joints, and fascia, rather than the muscles.

zumba

Each Zumba® class is designed to bring people together to sweat it on. We take the ”work” out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the rhythms take over, you’ll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise.
