Booking & Cancellation Options
You can book or cancel classes via:
- Our Booking website: ssif.goactivebooking.com
- The Go Active! App: Stay active on the go with our app “Go Active!”, available for download on both App Store and Google Play Store. Once the app is downloaded, use the provider code 100800 to explore the app as a guest, create an account, or log in with your chosen email and password. Afterward, you can easily view our schedule, purchase and book training sessions, and check in for your classes – all in one convenient place!
Booking Rules
- When to Book: You can book your sessions from 1 week up to 10 minutes before the class starts.
- Booking Limit: A maximum of 6 active bookings is allowed at the same time, with a limit of 2 sessions per day.
- Missed Classes: If you fail to attend or check in for 3 classes within a 2-week period, your training card will be suspended for 14 days.
- Cancellations: Cancel your reservation no later than 3 hours before the session starts via the app or booking website.
- Check-In Once for Multiple Sessions: If you’ve booked several sessions back-to-back, a single check-in will cover all classes starting within the next 3 hours.
Check-In Guidelines
Always Check In Before Class Starts!
Use the “Go Active!” app to check in before all your sessions to avoid receiving warnings. Missing 3 check-ins within a two-week period will result in a 14-day suspension.
How to Check In
- Open the “Go Active!” app and navigate to the “Explore” page (bottom menu).
- Tap the Bluetooth or key icon in the bottom-right corner.
- Ensure Bluetooth and location services are enabled in your phone settings.
- Click “Activate” when prompted (the signal is strongest near the reception area of each facility).
- A green checkmark and “Success” message will confirm your check-in.
Important: Check-in must be completed before the class starts to be valid.
Having Trouble Checking In?
If you’re unable to check in:
- Ensure it’s done before the class starts.
- Check that Bluetooth and location services are enabled for the app.
- Confirm that your training card and membership for the current operational year (July to June) are valid.
