ALL IN is our largest and most popular training card with a unique and wide range of training styles. With access to over 30 different sports and fitness styles, this card allows you to choose from approximately 100 training sessions each week, covering everything from team and racket sports to strength and cardio classes.
ALL IN training card is perfect for those who value flexibility. You can choose your own training schedule each week, attending as many sessions as you like. Whether you want to train once, twice, or multiple times per week, the choice is yours. Some of the exciting sports and fitness styles included are badminton, volleyball, futsal, basketball, gymnastics, fencing, thaiboxing, dance, yoga, Les Mills, pilates, zumba, and many more.
ALL IN grants you full access to our extensive range of training sessions (excluding our specialized courses that require separate registration and payment). Our sessions cater to all skill levels, offering varied content and are led by experienced, English-speaking instructors. The training card is term-based, following university terms, but monthly options are also available.

SSIF’s training sessions are open to everyone aged 18 and over and are conducted in gender-mixed groups. Students benefit from a generous discount upon presentation of valid student ID.
To enhance your experience, we provide equipment for training card holders to loan, including for example rackets, shuttles, and yoga materials. Of course, you’re welcome to bring your own equipment if you prefer. Please note that equipment is not included in our separate courses in swimming and cross-country skiing.

Ballet
You are never too old to start ballet! Our beginner ballet class is perfect for adults with no prior experience, teaching the fundamentals of this elegant dance. Basketball is an intense physical team sport where speed and precision are essential. Ready to elevate your skills on the court? Bodybalance
Ideal for everyone, BODYBALANCE™ is a new-generation yoga class designed to enhance your mind, body, and well-being. Floorball at Stockholm Students Sports Club has been a popular sport for a long time. Our groups are open to everyone, with no need for prior experience or an existing team. flow yoga

FUTSAL
The name “Futsal” comes from Spanish and means indoor football. However, its unique rules make it different from traditional football. Futsal is a fast-paced, highly technical, and fair game, played with a smaller ball and two handball goals. It offers a thrilling experience that challenges both skill and strategy.

GYmnastics
Interested in gymnastics? At SSIF, we offer classes at various levels, ensuring everyone finds the right fit. You’ll learn essential skills like front rolls, handstands and cartwheels, progressing to advanced moves like backflips and twists. handstand
A handstand is a powerful exercise that engages the whole body, enhancing strength, balance, and flexibility. It mainly targets the shoulders, arms, and core while requiring coordination and focus. hatha yoga

As in classic Pilates the class will focus on exercises for our internal muscles and our core, the class also has exercises that keep our spine mobile. thai Boxning
Thai boxing trains your fitness, strength, and agility in an intense and fun way. The session consists of a mixture of physical training and techniques, with inspiration coming from the Thai version of kickboxing. Volleyboll
Volleyball is a team sport where two teams of six players are separated by a net. Each team aims to score points by grounding the ball on the opposing team’s court. We offer classes from level 1 to 5, and all members, regardless of experience, must participate in level 1 training before accessing higher-level classes.

vinyasa flow yoga
Find inner peace at our yoga classes! Vinyasa flow yoga is a dynamic style emphasizing a smooth flow between poses. Each movement synchronizes with the breath, creating a seamless sequence of asanas. YIN YOGa
Find inner peace at our yoga classes! Yin yoga is a gentle and meditative form of yoga that focuses on holding passive poses for extended periods, typically ranging from 1 to 5 minutes. Unlike other styles of yoga, it targets the deep connective tissues, such as ligaments, joints, and fascia, rather than the muscles.

zumba
Each Zumba® class is designed to bring people together to sweat it on. We take the ”work” out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party.
