Throughout the year we offer Swimming and Tennis in small training groups, with between 4 and 8 participants. The concept also includes our seasonal intensive courses such as Cross Country Skiing and Roller skiing (and sometimes Badminton and Volleyball), The program for these is continuously updated and advertised on the website, in newsletters and on our instagram Last year we offered, among other things, Beach Volleyball, Open Water Swimming and Cross Country Skiing according to the demand from participants.
