You register continuously for the sessions you want to participate in.
We have a maximum of 2 passes per day and 6 passes can be booked at the same time.
To guarantee a place on a training session you are interested in, you need to go in and sign up when the places are released each week. The booking is released exactly one week before the training session. To make it possible for as many people as possible to get a place, we have expanded with more sessions in most of our current sports. With over 100 passes a week, we offer a total of over 2,500 places each week, so we hope and believe that everyone will get a place.
We open registration for Small Group Courses here on the website about a month before the start of the courses. When bookings open it is often announced via newsletter or on our instagram ”ssif.nu”.
You can go in now directly and buy SSIF All In, click here to go to our booking website.
We have trainings aimed exclusively at beginners in Gymnastics, Volleyball, Badminton and Fencing. In Floorball, Football, Basketball and Table Tennis we offer trainings aimed for mixed levels, where beginners are very welcome. Several of the other training styles have no prior knowledge requirements but are not specifically aimed at beginners.
The current summer schedule is valid until the 31st of August 2023. We reserve the right to make adjustments to the schedule in case we notice that a session is very popular or that a session is less popular. From September the autumn term starts and a more broad range of trainings will be included in the schedule.
As a new member at SSIF you get access to the lowest level/beginners level. To get access to higher levels you need to sign up for a training session on a level you have access to and there ask the instructor which level he/she can grant you access to. If you have trained with us before, you can also email the office to get extended rights at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Our goal is to offer 2-3 sessions each week in all our training styles included in SSIF All In. This means that, subject to space, you can participate in several training sessions within most of our current sports.
We believe that these sports are best suited to be trained in a smaller groups with an experienced instructor who can continuously provide individual and joint feedback. This would not have been possible within SSIF All In where most sessions have 15-30 participants. Therefore, we have chosen to offer some sports as separate small group courses instead of part of the All In concept.
