Salsa
Salsa dancing is one of SSIF’s newest courses, and our first introduction to dancing as a course. Everyone is welcome, whether you come solo or if you’re bringing a partner. Over the course, you’ll learn the fundamentals of salsa as well as get a taste of the sensual rythms of bachata.
Whether you’re a total beginner or just looking for a fun way to move, this class is the perfect mix of energy, connection, and music. Our courses provide a highly engaging and personalized experience, with plenty of opportunities for feedback and improvement. Classes are held at Frescati Sports Center, conveniently located on Stockholm University’s Frescati campus.
All sessions take place indoors at Frescati Sports Center, located near the University subway station, at Svante Arrhenius väg 4.
The course consists of 6 sessions, each session lasting 60 minutes. Please wear comfortable, flexible clothing. Changing rooms with showers are available on-site. Our courses are co-ed, welcoming participants of all genders, and are open to adults aged 18 and older.
