SSIF HIIT  is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training workout that improves cardiovascular fitness, increases speed and maximizes calorie burn. This workout uses a variety of body weight exercises and provides the challenge and intensity you need.

SSIF HIIT class is based on cardio but also includes strength training, we use all the equipment available in the studio.

Wear your training shoes and clothes and don’t forget to bring your water bottle.

To book this class you need a valid SSIF training card, either the ALL IN or the STUDIO, you also need a valid membership.
