In recent years we have experienced more and more requests from our members to be able to train several times a week and choose from a variety of sports and group fitness styles. These wishes are also consistent with what we have seen in the world around us – that more and more people, that are interested in exercise, want to train and try several different sports and forms of exercise instead of just sticking to one. Therefore, we have chosen to offer 2 different types of training cards, one focused on only group fitness styles and one focused on sports+group fitness styles. This enables all members to train in a way that suits them and try many different types of training styles.

We believe that these sports are best suited to be trained in a smaller groups with an experienced instructor who can continuously provide individual and joint feedback. Therefore, we have chosen to offer some sports as separate small group courses instead of part of the All In concept.
